1. Purpose and guardian involvement
This page is information, not an event consent form. Players under 18 may require parent or legal guardian involvement for applications, contracts, camp participation and travel. Requirements depend on age, activity and applicable law; an online-service consent age is not general permission to book a camp.
2. Application information
The preview includes player identity/contact details, birth date, country/city, club, positions, preferred foot, category, video and guardian name/email. Applications and video uploads are not active. When opened, collect only necessary information and give child-friendly privacy information.
3. Video assessment
Football videos are intended to assess an application. Sharing with assessors and football professionals must be explained before collection. Submission does not guarantee selection or a contract.
4. Separate image permissions
Public use of a player’s photo or video for marketing is a separate choice. General terms or assessment permission are not blanket marketing consent. Obtain the appropriate separate permission, with guardian involvement where required and respect for the child’s wishes.
5. Camp and travel documents
Specific participation, travel, medical, emergency-contact, supervision and safety requirements may require separate documentation. These processes and guardian checks must be designed before events open; this page does not replace them.
